    Porsche FAQ

Can I service my Porsche at an independent shop without voiding the warranty?
Yes. Federal law allows you to have maintenance done at an independent shop without voiding your factory warranty, as long as the work is done properly and documented. We report to CarFax to maintain manufacture and extended warranties nation wide.

Do you work on older Porsches?
Yes. We service both older and newer Porsches, including air-cooled models, 996 and 997 911s, and early Boxsters and Caymans.

How often should my Porsche be serviced?
Follow the maintenance schedule for your model and year. If you drive hard, tow, or deal with Colorado's temperature swings and mountain driving, more frequent oil changes are a good idea. We can help you set up a schedule that fits how you drive.

Do you do pre-purchase inspections on Porsches?
Yes. A pre-purchase inspection checks for known Porsche issues, hidden or recently cleared codes, skipped maintenance, and signs of past damage before you buy. You'll get a written report with photos you can use to negotiate or walk away (including over-rev report for 911 models).

I already bought my Porsche. Is an inspection still worth it?
Yes. A post-purchase inspection shows you what your car needs now and what's coming, so you can plan ahead and budget for future repairs. It's especially helpful if the car came with limited service records.

Reason for Visit & Initial Inspection

Your concern comes first. Every visit also includes a basic safety inspection, because what we find can change what matters most: a safety issue, or a bigger repair worth catching early. You'll always have the full picture, and the best options, before we move forward.

Approved Services

Once you approve the work, we get started right away, and we'll keep you updated along the way if anything comes up. Every repair is double-checked after completion, so you know it's done right. When it's done, we'll send an invoice you can pay right from your phone, and we offer local shuttle service to and from the shop.
